LIEAP is a federally funded program that helps eligible households pay for home energy costs. The application period ends March 30, 2012. The applicant should be the person whose name is on the bill.
This is the information you will need before completing application:
- Social Security Number and date of birth for all household members. (At least one household member must be a citizen on legal resident.)
- Proof of income for all adults in the home
- Utility company name, account number and name on account
- Landlord name and phone number, if renting
