The Outreach and Education Department acts as a liaison between the community and the organization, and provides the community with information about all of Community Action Partnership of Kern’s programs. Outreach and Education staff are responsible for the agency’s marketing and public relations efforts, including attending community events, distributing brochures, reports and newsletters, and creating educational videos and materials.
